I’ll start off by saying that I am extremely grateful to have found Strong Roots Dental. I suffer from extreme anxiety and going to the dentist has always led to a lot of stress. In the past I’ve dealt with unkind dentists who make the entire experience excruciating. I found Strong Roots on a whim when I had an emergency issue and was pretty scared. I was expecting my normal terrible dentist experience, especially since I wasn’t able to do much research before hand, but was pleasantly surprised when I got the complete opposite. Everyone I worked with showed me a kindness that I haven’t experience with a dentist before. After my initial appointment I had to go back for some follow ups and received more of their excellent care. They realized that I was very scared and talked me through every step they made. Dr Sibilla has been so sweet with her care and even cracks jokes to keep me calm during the procedures. The front desk staff are also wonderful and extremely helpful with making sure my appointments are made and everything runs well through my insurance. I really couldn’t recommend this place more. I’m so happy to have found a place that makes my anxious self so comfortable and I’m thankful for everything they have done for me so far.
