Sienna Miller has made the Cannes Film Festival a family affair, bringing her 11-year-old daughter Marlowe along for her first red carpet appearance. The 42-year-old actress attended the premiere of her new film Horizon wearing a flowing lilac dress, with Marlowe, and her partner, Oli Green, 27, in tow.
Miller, who welcomed Marlowe with her now-ex Tom Sturridge in 2012, has been known to shelter Marlowe from the spotlight, only showing her face for the first time in 2020.
This habit continues with her youngest daughter born in December 2023, whose name is yet to be made public.
After announcing her pregnancy in a Vogue interview, the unofficial ‘birth announcement’ was made after the Daily Mail published photos of Miller and Green out walking with a newborn in tow.
The baby was strapped to Miller’s chest in a stylish Artipoppe carrier, while Miller looked comfortably chic in a denim jumpsuit, khaki coat, and black loafers.
“I was very fortunate. I wasn’t necessarily trying to get pregnant,” she toldVoguein the video. “This happened as a total surprise and biologically was something I was able to do.”
Miller has been in the public eye since the early 2000s, when she was one of the era’s certified it-girls. After being embroiled in a number of high profile relationships and scandals, she’s has kept a low profile in the years since, primarily residing in Buckinghamshire countryside.

Sienna Miller is currently dating 27-year-old model and actor, Oli Green. The couple were first romantically linked in February 2022, when they were spotted on a date in New York City.
Shortly after, the pair attended theBAFTA’s afterparty together in London and theVanity FairOscar afterparty in Beverly Hills, where they made their red carpet debut. They have also been spotted attending a number of music festivals together, as well as Wimbledon in July, 2023.

The actress hasn’t spoken much publicly about her relationship with Green but she did tell British Vogue that, “there’s a misogyny that is ingrained in men of my age and older that I don’t see in [the] generation below”
Not long after the couple got together, Miller also opened up about herdesire to have more children.
During an interview with ELLE UK in 2022, Miller revealed that she chose to freeze her eggs at 40.
“[The] pressure… [about] kids, and should I have more, and why haven’t I, and all of that, which is a really loud noise. Biology is incredibly cruel on women in that decade – that’s the headline, or it certainly was for me,
“Then I got to 40 and I froze some eggs. Having been really focused on the need to have another baby, I’m just like, if it happens, it happens. That kind of existential threat has dissipated,” Miller shared.
Later that year, she also spoke about motherhood with British Vogue.
“My thirties were hard. There was a lot of anxiety. Relationships hadn’t worked out – I imagined that I would be married with three kids, being a great mum. I love being a mother. It’s what I do best”
In an interview with Vogue in December 2023, Miller addressed the age gap between her Green, as well as her expecting a child over the age of 40.
“I think people are comfortable with a way of living that has existed for many years, which is very misogynistic and patriarchal,” she told Vogue.
“Like, me being the older woman in a partnership with a younger person or being pregnant over 40 and that that’s ‘irresponsible’ and ‘poor child’, and it’s such double standards.”

More recently, Miller and Marlowe were spotted sitting front row at New York Fashion Week. The stylish mother-daughter duo made a rare appearance at the Proenza Schouler with Anna Wintour. The sighting gave us a glimpse at how much Marlowe takes after her mother in her grey suit, monochrome sneakers and chic black sunglasses.
