By applying and getting accepted to a Masa program, you get the opportunity to join our international, multi-cultural community of thriving young professionals, including our career development programs, leadership training, and access to Israel’s ecosystem.

We will subsidize your stay in Israel and ensure a seamless transition with housing, insurance, visa, program placement, and more.

What is the cost of Masa Israel Teaching Fellows? Fellows are responsible to pay $1,200 for the full 10-month experience. Certified teachers will earn a monthly compensation of 3,000 NIS (about $980 USD) and will, after initial training, co-teach in the English classroom.
